SCOUTY WORLD organizes adventure camping, expedition or exploration trips and other related activities which aims to project young people into adventures, expedition and exploration. Our idea is to enable an individual to be independent, powerful, courageous and innovative to succeed in a rapidly changing world by allowing Nature to Nurture you.

On booking a trip the company shall issue a confirmation in form of an invoice and the guest or participant shall go through the confirmation invoice and all the terms and conditions listed below:

    1. It is mandatory for all guests to carry a valid identification proof at the time of check-in. The identification proof accepted are Voter’s ID card, Passport, & Driver’s license. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID proof.
    2. You must provide any medical information reasonably requested by us or the Tour Operator and may be required to complete the medical information form (the “Medical Form”), available on our website.
  1. Medical Forms are mandatory for certain all trips and adventure activities. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions which may impact their ability to travel, participate in a trip, travel to remote areas without access to medical facilities, or may adversely affect the experience of others on your trip, you must return a Medical Form, signed by a licensed and practicing physician to us prior to or at the time of final payment for the applicable booking.
  2. You agree to complete the Medical Form honestly and to disclose all relevant medical information accurately and fully. We will maintain the information in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website.
  3. SCOUTY WORLD reserves the right to request further information or professional medical opinions where necessary, as determined in its discretion, for your safety or the safe operation of a trip.
  4. WE reserve the right to deny you permission to travel or participate in any aspect of a trip at any time and at your own risk and expense where we determine that your physical or mental condition renders you unfit for travel or you represent a danger to yourself or others.
  5. Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be disclosed at the time of booking. We may refuse to carry pregnant women over 24 weeks. We may refuse to carry anyone with certain medical conditions if reasonable accommodation or alternatives cannot be arranged.
  6. In the event that you do not complete the required Medical Form or provide medical information reasonably required for any reason by the deadline indicated above, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and all applicable cancellation fees will apply.
  7. We expect a high level of discipline and punctuality. All the participants have to follow the trip rules, timings, and code of conduct and other instructions given by the volunteer / guide during the time of camping and travel. Any misbehaviour, argument or conflict with the volunteers / guide / instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues.
  8. In case of violation of disciplinary rules, SCOUTY WORLD has all the rights to rusticate a participant or terminate the participation. In such cases of disciplinary violation or the participants’ wishes to leave the camp willingly, SCOUTY WORLD will not be held responsible for any further services, return tickets, refunds, etc. or for your further actions, safety, or any other actions that can affect the locality and jurisdiction.
  9. We want all our customers to have an enjoyable, carefree holiday. But you must remember that you are responsible for your actions and the effect they may have on others. If we, or another person in authority, believe your actions could upset, annoy or disturb other customers or our own staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property or you are unfit to travel, we may end your tour and terminate your contract. You and your traveling party will be prevented from using your booked accommodation, transport, and any other Travel Arrangements forming part of your booking and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any other costs you have to pay. Alternatively at our discretion, you may be permitted to continue with your tour but may have additional terms of carriage imposed upon you.
  10. SCOUTY WORLD will is not responsible for any type of internal disputes / quarrels among participants. We will hold you and the members of your traveling party jointly and individually liable for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, apparatus or other materials located within the accommodation, together with any legal costs we incur in pursuing a claim. It is your duty to report any breakages, defects or damage to an appropriate person immediately.
  11. Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone is found to be the suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further services, return tickets, refunds, etc will be offered and SCOUTY WORLD will have no liability to you for any injury, loss, or damage you suffer or cause as a result of your judgment being impaired wholly or partly by Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs & Abusive Language.
  12. Payments are accepted only through the online transfer such as NEFT / RTGS / Google Pay / PayTM of SCOUTY WORLD. SCOUTY WORLD does not accepts any kind of payment through any 3rd party portals, agents, booking offices, mobile applications, etc.
  13. In case of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, the schedule could be changed / modified / cancelled. SCOUTY WORLD cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses or cover losses or damages for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility, if such change / modification / cancellation is as a result of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the expenditure of extra accommodation facilities, new transport arrangements and other commodities will have to be borne by the participants themselves. SCOUTY WORLD shall not be responsible for such expenses. Further, no refunds would be made or entertained in relation to conditions arising from such situation. When we refer to any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, curfew, lockdown, industrial dispute, bad weather, etc.
  14. The Accommodation & Sanitary Facilities for Females and Males provided by SCOUTY WORLD during the trip shall be separate.
  15. SCOUTY WORLD has a pre-decided food menu depending upon the camp hygiene and health. No choices, preferences, or demands from the participants will be entertained. SCOUTY WORLD is not responsible for any health-related issue during the camp, in case the participant skips the food.
  16. SCOUTY WORLD shall not entertain any request of Cancellation or Reschedule of the trip. However, in case any genuine reason such cancellation or reschedule shall be granted by the Senior Registration Manager or Higher Authorities on receiving such a request through email. The request shall be entertained only for any genuine reason as decided by the Senior Registration Manager or Higher Authorities. The refund amount on such request will be decided by the said authorities.
  17. SCOUTY WORLD provides basic First Aid Facilities all the camps, treks and trips.
  18. In the case of a Medical Emergency, SCOUTY WORLD will try to contact the emergency contact number provided by the participant. In case the emergency contact person does not respond in time, SCOUTY WORLD will act as per the instructions given by the senior-most person available at the camp. The team the try to get the best medical facilities at the earliest, however, the cost of such medical treatment, transport, etc would be borne by the participants.
  19. Any medical expenses for minor/major injury/sickness during the camp would not be borne by SCOUTY WORLD. Only an immediate first–aid facility shall be provided.
  20. Participants are solely responsible for his / her damage / missing luggage. Checking the luggage before and after loading and unloading shall be done on the end of the respective participant. If SCOUTY WORLD finds any item during the event, which would be registered under store stuff but claiming for the same will require appropriate proof.
  21. Participants have to carry their own luggage during the trip. SCOUTY WORLD does not offer the facility of mules or porters or any carriers. If in case the participant is willing to hire any carrier, they are solely responsible for bearing the charges.
  22. Trainee agrees that he participates in the Trip, Training Camp and Adventure Activities with proper medical advice and on his own will and risk. He is solely responsible for any injury or accident (minor/fatal) that taken place during the camp. SCOUTY WORLD is not responsible for any such cases / incidents / accidents taken place in the above-mentioned subject. He also understands the risk of wild animals and the dangerous state of water bodies nearby.
  23. Trekking needs basic physical fitness to sustain itself throughout the trek. Instructor/guide has the right to terminate his/her summit in case they suspect any unfit participant.
  24. If during the trek, the instructor feels unsafe to carry the participant for the further trek, the instructor has the right to take the real-time action needed and can send the participant back for which no refund/return service shall be provided.
  25. During the trek, participants should follow the rules and technics of the trek and follow the principles of mountaineering.
  26. Trek routes are best decided by SCOUTY WORLD, these must not be the shortcuts but these will be the most suitable ones. No participant is allowed to change the route of the trek to avail of shortcuts. No hurry to run ahead of the instructor shall be entertained.
  27. All the participants below 18 years have to submit a consent form signed by their guardian/parents.
  28. Prices (for all events) are updated regularly on our website but SCOUTY WORLD reserves the right to change the prices from time to time. There might be temporary offers & promotions running from time to time and the company reserves all rights to introduce or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time without any prior intimation. However, those who have already booked using any promotion or offer would not be affected.
  29. The laws and customs of the areas we visit can be very different from those we are used to. Be aware of your actions to ensure that they do not offend, especially if you are visiting religious areas. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with and respect local laws and customs. If you fail to do so, we will have no liability to you for any cost, loss, or damage which you suffer nor will we refund you the cost of any unused portion of your travel arrangements.
  30. If any dispute or difference(s) of any kind whatsoever shall arise between the parties hereto in connection with or arising out of this agreement the parties hereto shall in good faith negotiate with a view to arriving at an amicable resolution and settlement.
  31. Any/all legal proceedings with regard to any matter, claim, differences and disputes arising out of this agreement, will be governed by the Indian laws, and the courts of AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.
  32. The enquiry and registration helpings would be active between 10 AM to 7 PM for all week days excluding the public holidays.
  33. However, the information available on the website would be considered final in case of any miscommunication or misinterpretation over the helplines.
